YAAMA DHIYAAN
Yaama Dhiyaan is part of the Aboriginal Employment Program and runs as a Hospitality Training Centre and Function Centre that specialises in modern Australian cuisine using Indigenous produce and flavours.
As of 1 July 2011, Yaama Dhiyaan is proudly being supported by Australian Technology Park Sydney Limited (ATPSL). The program was originally an initiative of the Redfern-Waterloo Authority but now sits under the ATPSL umbrella.
Yaama Dhiyaan provides eight week training courses for students to gain a Certificate II in Hospitality Operations. During the course, students gain valuable work experience at the functions and events catered by Yaama Dhiyaan, ensuring that students gain relevant industry experience.
Yaama Dhiyaan is located at 255 Wilson Street, Darlington.
